Reporting directly to the Director of
Marketing, the Account Manager is a day-to-day lead and the main point of contact
for marketing for our client. The AM will support on all processes involved in
the branding development, and independently lead go to market project launches
including all required creative asset development for all campaign execution
assets, production, advertising required for marketing projects. This
position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task
and meet aggressive deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead and act as the main point of contact on projects, with strategic guidance from the Director of Marketing.
· Supports client with the planning, creation, and delivery of a wide range of marketing campaigns and material, including advertising, direct mail, email marketing, newsletters, reports, collateral materials and more.
· Work with cross functional teams to produce leading sales and marketing literature and proposals.
· Responsible for all aspects of proposal development as it pertains to marketing ie. report design, writing and editing of content, collecting all information and bringing information to life, coordination of literature reviews and schedules, and directing final production of the proposal for presentation to the dealers.
· In collaboration with the client, responsible for the design and development of a new corporate website and its continuous maintenance and updates.
· Manage critical path and budgets for all projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
· Lead weekly or biweekly client meetings with fulsome account status reports.
· Cultivate existing client relationship and grow them into larger opportunities. Manage client expectations and exceed satisfaction by delivering innovative, high-quality work and solutions according to client needs and objectives.

Brainstorm innovative go-to-market ideas with
client and recommend new approaches that can help them reach their goals.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Resolve
complaints and prevent additional issues by improving process.

QUALIFICATIONS
AND SKILLS
· Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
· Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design degree/diploma required
· Strong understanding of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
· Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal is essential
· Exceptional project management skills, self-motivated, and have an outstanding track record working across teams to deliver quality campaigns.
· Strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking and problem-solving
· High attention to detail, creativity and graphic design experience required
· Organized and capable of meeting multiple, concurrent deadlines; work with flexibility to meet short deadlines as necessary and easily adapt to changes in business needs.
